Refurb/new build project.

Stairworks for 5 storey building. All items fabricated at DM Steelwork facility and transported to site.

Refurbishment of existing stairs and 2 new stairs lifted in through roof.

Internal and external stairsets.

Internal stairs made of micaceous powder coated steel and lifted in through roof.

External stairs in galvanised steel.

Steel stair and balustrade with micaceous iron oxide finish and stainless steel handrails. Stairs fabricated in single assembly’s with no visible welds. Shop painted and installed using 160 ton mobile crane and lowered through an opening in the roof slab above the main staircore.
